The hotel was super clean and spacious. The staff was polite and professional. Iverall great place to stay. I would recommend it for sure.

Hotel was great, brilliant location…we had a 2 room family room with a view of the US falls and it was just perfect. It’s a massive hotel but we didn’t have to wait for lifts and the pool was lovely…and not too busy…we always managed to book a slot.

Great location, good services and clean

This hotel is a perfect location for visiting the falls, local attractions and concerts at the casino. Staff were very friendly, clean rooms, great air ventilation in the room. I would definitely stay here again. Our room had an awesome view of the falls The only negative comment is the parking at hotel was expensive

What a view!

It was a beautiful hotel with alot of conveniences. The only downfall was how dim the lights are in the room but Its not a deal breaker. Unreal view from our bedroom.

Beautiful Hotel, well situated

This is a first class hotel situated in the heart of Niagara. Our rooms overlooked the Falls and the colours at night were amazing! This hotel is connected to the OLG theatre so if you are attending a concert you don’t have to go outside, the hotel is connected which is a big plus!

Hotel nice - restaurant too expensive !

Hotel was really nice. We were disappoined with our dinner at the restaurant. We reserved to take advantage of the early sitting and we're never explained about the fact that we could only choose from a specific menu... Way too expensive.
