AWEFUL, DISGUSTING, I wish I had my money back
To start, this is not one of, this IS the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was absolutely disgusting. I booked two nights with two queen beds and a pull out. Firstly. They’re not queen sized beds. They’re full size. Secondly. There were holes in the carpet, tears in the sofa, mildew in the bathroom, mold on the ceilings. They spray painted the top of the stove and the paint was all over the counter. I was charged 1,800.00 for Friday to Sunday stay. The first night I was there I searched everywhere locally for another place to stay. The staff was rude and inconsiderate. At one point I asked for an extra pillow and the man working the counter just walked out from behind the counter, walked into another room and then handed me one. Don’t even get me started on the smell. The smell was musty and disgusting. Imagine listing your hair on fire and then placing that burnt hair on a plate of over cooked chicken curry. I am furious that I spent that amount of money for such a disgusting atmosphere. Zero point in attempting to get my money back or a portion of it back because we all know that’s a waste of time. I went to the front text when I was asking for a pillow and the guy was being confronted by another person because their bathroom light didn’t work, her hair dryer didn’t work and the guy at the counter told her that she was crazy for thinking someone would repair those things for her on a Saturday. At 900.00 a night, save your money. Sleep in your car.

The first room they put us in was Room 330 and it smelled awful. The vinyl headboards had holes in them and trash under the beds. We requested to change rooms and Room 117 was better but we were there 3 days and the halls smelled awful. The room where breakfast was served only has coffee, hot tea, granola bars or tiny muffins. There was no juice, water, or other options. The kitchen has no supplies unless you went and asked for them.
