Clean hotel but not well insulated you can here the neighbors walking showering etc. Thankfully my neighbors went to bed before 11 so it didn't disturb our sleep. Desk person was so nice and helpful. They also have a bar in the hotel great food. But we were exhausted or we would have ordered more

It was convenient to the yellowhead hwy, yet helped avoid morning rush hour traffic heading west in the morning via hwy 37. Staff were welcoming and efficient. Room was large, very clean and bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Adequate breakfast & coffee in the morning. Very good value.

4/10 Fair

Came in at 1/2am ish on Friday night (sat morning) not realizing a concert was in Edmonton. We found one hotel and booked online. Went inside to check in and a lady with her arms crossed looks at us and says well we don’t have your reservation and we’re completely full. Nothing more was said and not even a look in my direction. Having worked for a bank I know how the refunds work for booking through 3rd party and had she been polite I woulda told her no worries, I understand it happens. A simple good look guys woulda been nice. Instead it was a cold shoulder. I understand your night probably was insane but maybe next time you might not take it out on people walking in who just drove over 10 hours. A little customer service goes a extremely long way. I can honestly say I most likely will never step foot in your hotel again and while I may not say “don’t go there”, I definitely will explain my experience.
