I had to move three times and, in doing so, somehow lost a brand-new pair of prescription glasses. Management didn't care. The first room smelled so badly of cigarette smoke that my eyes burned; it was like someone had just finished smoking a full pack nonstop. So they moved to another room. The second room was 85 degrees and stifling; they tried to fix the AC but could not. I was moved again, and the next room's television didn't work. I asked them to repair it while I was out for the day, and when I returned, I couldn't find my new reading glasses, which I was pretty certain I had left on the night table next to the bed. I searched everywhere but didn't find them. I've stayed at this property twice before and never had such a miserable experience at a Sheraton property as I had this past weekend. I left a day early as I just had had enough.
