Our third stay at this hotel. Definitely won’t be here again for a few reasons.
Check-in: super nice and friendly guy checked us in, no problem there.
Room: room was good, but two of the three remotes didn’t work
You must be asking yourself “then why not stay again?”
Answer: we left our room for a few hours and we came back and noticed that someone had been in our room, and it wasn’t housekeeping because they actually came by at 4pm(really late) and asked if we needed cleaning, etc.
we had used a luggage rack because we had a lot of stuff to bring up (we have 4 kids) and had forgotten to bring down and so someone had come to our room while we were out, threw the few items we had on it on the couch and grabbed it… no note, no communication.. nothing
The next morning, The hallway smelled atrocious too.. made us all gag
Breakfast: not Hilton quality at all, couldn’t drink juices because both containers had mold inside (see pic)
The food was not good at all. And to top it all off, the breakfast attendant (the second morning), she was super rude and dismissive and they failed to put any condiments out for breakfast.. when people asked for any, the lady got an attitude for doing her job…
Not a good experience and won’t be back again. Hiltons need to do better and the expectations are that they should be better than this
