Employees Lie about Cancelation policy
I spoke with the front desk manager about extending another night due to my daughters softball game being delayed, she suggested that I book another night and that she would let me cancel the night if we winded up not needing to stay and would not charge me. When I went to cancel the room the they said that she should not have offered that and that I would be charged because it was too late to cancel. Although she identified herself as the manager and promised that I could cancel late they are charging me full rate. If I wouldn’t have listened to her I wouldn’t be out of $320 for the 2 rooms I extended on that were never used! They will not offer to meet in the middle for a night stay at a later time or nothing! Very poor customer service by not leaning toward the customer when an employee makes a promise.
