The address doesn’t take you to the “hotel” I had to drive around for 10 minutes to try and find it, drove down a different street/alley way to eventually find it. As we get there, there’s a sign saying we have to wait to be helped. Drive over to the stairs to our room, get out and there is a dead bird (decapitated) next to the car. Go up the room and the air is so sticky and smelly. Immediately turn around and leave. Contact Hotels.com that we did not feel comfortable staying there and we had already left. After waiting 2 hours to talk to someone, I was told he had contacted Extended Stay about a refund and I was all taken care of. Fast forward to Monday, I am now being told I will no longer be receiving a refund and Hotels.com will no longer help. This has been the biggest joke and I will no longer be using Hotels.com or Expedia to book trips in the future, especially knowing they won’t take care of their customers.
