Iríamos para Caraíva no dia 3/11 porém caiu uma chuva que impossibilitou de chegarmos na cidade devido a estrada de barro, onde nosso carro chegou a atolar e não conseguimos seguir. Avisamos ao gerente do hotel por whatsapp e o mesmo disse que várias pessoas estavam chegando na pousada, sendo que a estrada havia diversos carros atolados e dois locais nos orientaram a não seguir. O gerente disse que não teria reserva para os próximos dias e que perderíamos nosso depósito de 50% de sinal, pedimos que nos avisasse para os próximos dias novas vagas já que estaríamos em Arraial D'ajuda. Durante os próximos dias voltamos a perguntar se tinham algum quarto vago e fomos respondidos com a seguinte frase "desistência somente a de vocês no ano hahaha". Senti que a pousada pensou somente no lucro, não nos indicou para nenhuma pousada parceira, e acabou ficando com 50% da nossa estadia de 4 dias. Mas Deus é bom e o sol voltou a sorrir e passamos 5 incríveis dias em Caraíva em outra pousada. Com certeza não volto a

Zero Empatia do Anfitrião
Anfitrião super inflexível, ficaríamos hospedados porém pegamos uma semana de muito chuva o que tronou o acesso a pousada inviável pois são 50km de estrada de barro e devido a chuva estava atoleiro. Perdemos o depósito de reserva e nem ao menos tentou nos alocar em outro pousada de amigo remanejando o nosso depósito. A todo momento pensava somente no lucro e prejuízo da sua pousada e pouco se importou com os hóspedes.
