The room and beds were quite accomodating and confortable. However, with a reservation for 4 people, only two bath towels were provided. When asked for additional towels, the staff said that there arent any more available, and scrambled to find one additional towel. Also, at check-in, at almost 5pm, 2 hours after posted check-in time, the staff was checking with housekeeping on availability of our room and asked us to wait. That was annoying since we drove for a long distance and obviously had places to go. Also, although i selected to pay at property, my credit card was charged a "hold" fee of the night's stay $100 almost an hour before posted check-in. The staff explained that its a "hold" but also said that the $100 should be refunded in 2-3 days. To me, that's not a hold. That's a charge with a refund. This seems very scatchy. Let's see if/when the $100 is refunded.
