I can't say enough about how disappointed I was.. mourning the loss of my mother on my birthday weekend in a junior suite that looked like a motel off Phillips highway somewhere.. FIRST room was the junior suite with the non working bathroom light, jailroom shower/tub combo, busted heater, busted and chipped microwave and hutch it was sitting on, trash on the floor, rusted and patchy sliding glass door leading to the wonderful river view of the pavement and caution ribbons from the renovations they don't tell you about..I got moved to a better room on the 10th floor with 2 doubles that was worse.. Moldy, heater busted and separating from the wall..I don't know how long any of that's been in there.. The tub.. You need shower shoes.. Period.. The video says enough... They then wanted to comp me a free room .I asked where? The closet? Because from the 2 rooms you showed me I'm not staying in... They said well we're trying to work something out maybe a reduced rate from the I paid for the busted junior suite? No thanks.. Just get me the room I worked and earned this money and paid for.. They then offered to walk the rooms with me until we find a decent one.. So room we went to next was similar.. We tried one more on the 9th floor.. It was dark and I forgot to get the number..I got a refund and ended up at a decent Hilton....4 crappy rooms..I guess if I was drunk like everyone else there the rooms would look great right?! Try that ...They need to shut it down

Someobody was doing work above us at 3am for a good hour or two waking us up. There were bed bug droppings on the mattress. Heat worked and nice view with balcony

service and view were amazing but the overall condition of the hotel needs address. when you hear hilton you think high quality and these room were not.

Expected more from a Hilton
We stayed here for a weekend trip to a concert. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is dated. Needs updating. Cleanliness was so so. The carpet and furniture in our room had stains. The king mattress on the bed needed to be replaced. It had a big hole in it where the springs were broken. The sliding glass door to the balcony was broken and very hard to open and close. It was very chilly the weekend we were there and the sliding glass door had a gap at the bottom that let cold air blow in. The blow dryer didn't work. Also, they did not inform us at check-in that there was roof construction going on two floors below us which woke us up at 7:00 a.m. in the morning and lasted throughout most of the day. That coupled with the I-95 traffic, it was very noisy. So what we thought was going to be a nice relaxing weekend was not. They did discount us on our rate for the inconvenience. But it would been have been nice to have the option to stay or not to stay, because of construction. The breakfast you have to pay for but it was very nice buffet style with lots of options. We also went to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse while we were there and it was phenomenal.

Pay extra and stay somewhere else
I was sent keyless entry and then told I had to check in. I was allowed to choose my room and then received a lower floor. Our walls had chipped plaster, bathroom toilet paper holder was falling off cabinet and the heat did not work and we were freezing. I would pay more next time for a newer hotel. Not up to Hilton brand.

Terrible service room had issues
Our shower did not work and the staff would not change our room or reimburse me. Ongoing issue that has not been resolved yet.
