Affordable
My main reason for choosing this hotel was the location on my route, pet friendly, low price and higher star rating. I arrived just before 8pm, the Check in process was seamless and the gentleman at the front desk was very polite and professional. My room was on the 2nd floor, I was able to park nearby a stairwell and easily head to my room, door key worked without any issues. The room was a fine size, well stocked, the decor was fine but in desperate need of a fresh paint job with a neutral color, bed and room temperature comfortable and complete with a fridge and microwave. The cleanliness of the bathroom was lacking- dirty old shower curtain and dust mixed with human hairs around the base of the toilet. The rooms are carpeted with multiple large stains throughout- not the best option for a pet friendly set up. I gated my pup off in the bathroom vanity area to avoid any further stains as I’m pretty sure it smelled like a giant toilet area to any canine. The grounds are messy and deteriorating, cement is crumbling and the paint is old and stained. The landscaping was uncared for with overgrown thorny bushes and blown over sunburned advertising flags. Anywhere you attempt to take your dog potty on the grounds is covered thorny weeds. There are long term residents with reactive dogs on the premises. Overall- I would not stay here again and was expecting something much better based on the other reviews- Either pay for a little better or go with a Motel 6.

This is a nice small town option. We stayed here to hike Kanarra Falls the next day and it worked out great! The drive was only about 1/2 hour. It was clean, well cared for and staff was friendly. It is a little old, but if you want a cheap and clean place to stay this is perfect.

A clean, well maintained property. On-site restaurant was reasonably priced, and clean, but food we ordered was below average.

Great Small-town Hotel at a Bargain Price
This hotel had all the necessary conveniences. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the internet was fast, and the TV had all the programming. The bathroom was clean and the shower had plenty of strong hot water. The surrounding area was safe and quiet and walkable. I would stay here again.

Wasn’t a good stay for me and the family. We chose to stay there since it was the only place to stay in Parowan. I felt like the place can be cheaper. Rather than $64 a night. The floors were dirty, the bed covers had stains, the room smell like smoke when we got a no smoking room, some of the towels had stains, the shower was bad, we had to turn the knob round and round to find hot water, and the water temperature was on and off.. like cold than hot, the room was stuffy. The bed was horribly uncomfortable… never again… sorry…

Could use an ice machine and provide ice buckets. Loud at night. Shower flooded bathroom. Recently upgraded so that was nice and all the staff was pleasant and helpful.

We loved our stay here! Our room had two doubles and a single bed plus dining area and kitchenette which was perfect for us. The room was extremely clean - it was clear that a lot of care had gone into it by the room attendants from the perfect alignment of the towels! Check-in was friendly at the store next door - which held all essentials including food and drink if needed. The room was really quiet - the two double beds were pretty soft and squishy so not the best but the single was nice and firm. We still slept well enough. The bathroom and shower were modern and clean. Definitely recommended. (And check out the Coppertop BBQ place for food - it's less than 5 minutes walk down the road for authentic BBQ.)

Floors are squeaky! Felt sorry for the folks below us! Beds were super comfy. Room was adequate size. It’s older, but comfortable. No breakfast was included, even though Expedia said it served a free breakfast so that was disappointing. We got there after the Libby closed. They called us and told us where they left the key and left the registration paperwork inside the room: that was super awesome! It was completely full hotel no vacancy the weekend we were there. Helpful front desk.
