Was willing to try the OYO brand for the first time and wow...this was bad!! First room had broken remote and broken dresser. Second room i had to eliminate 2 bugs on the sink! Bed was very old and towels were clean but stained. OYO should pull the flag on this one! Booked through hotels.com so no chance to move on. Already paid.

Filthy, broken down, smelly room and stained furniture. Black stained white towels. Terrible, rude, customer service from employee at front desk. Did not stay. Night teller extremely racist..owner extremely rude..throws keys at u instead of handing them to you..bed covers and sheets dingy and damp..walls had huge holes in them..the air conditioner barely worked..the outlets didn’t work at all..and the towels looked like someone was changing oil with them and I saw roaches as well
