Clean Pool, GREAT location and staff… but
The major issues were the wifi which was not enough to watch Netflix or streat homework. The second was the most uncomfortable beds I have ever been in. The only other concern was noise. the walls and adjoining room were so thin you could hear the slightest talking, phone conversations and television which made us uncomfortable . Love this place but this was a bad experience … thank you and give it a shot, just remember kits not a 4 seasons but the staff with try their hardest.

It’s in a great location for universal studios/ restaurants etc all walking distance. I’ve stayed here 3 times now and the experience is getting worse by the stay. Room floors not clean furniture stained. Employees are nice but you can tell it’s just to get you out of their hair asap. Had to stay extra day and they totally took advantage 3x what I paid for the reservation. Smh but she knew she had me, will definitely pay the extra $ to stay at the options in same area on my next stay in Orlando this spring.

I guess this is what you get at a cheap hotel
If you want a cheap room this works. However service almost everywhere was slow or nonexistent.They never came to clean our room or give us new towels any of the three days we were there. Then came into the room without cleaning and left a note on final day saying it’s because there was a do not disturb tag out, which there definitely wasn’t any of the days we were there. When I went to the restaurant/bar I waited around for 10 minutes before finally flagging down a cook through the service window to go find me someone. Not sure if it was because of the holiday or what but it never felt like guests were a priority here.

Unexpected Extended Stay
We were only going to stay for 4 nights, and because of the hurricane we ended up staying a full week. The staff (front desk, housekeeping, restaurant/bar) were all super helpful and always willing to go beyond. Ivo was so great to work with when we had to extend our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. It was close to Universal Studios, Icon Park, and lots of other attractions.

Well my stay was terrible cause I didn't even get to stay. When I came to check in. At 6pm. (Check in is at 4pm) I was told that my room wasn't ready.. the young man told me it's be ready in 10 minutes. So I waited 20 no phone call. When I walked back to the desk the woman who is the desk supervisor told me "oh it's been ready" so now I was annoyed and asked why did he tell me it wasnt ready. She then said they were replacing the air conditioner... So of course that was alarming. So I asked to speak to her manager. He assured me the room was fine however. You guys are late on giving me my room, it wasn't even ready when it should have been. And the AC was broken and you didn't tell me the truth the first time. I've stayed at this location once upon a time before. But because of this interaction I don't think I will be making an attempt to stay here ever again. Unless it gets its management together and efficiently has rooms ready by the times. They are supposed to be...

Needs better house cleaning.
I stayed here back in 2022 and enjoyed it. This time... eh. The bath tub didnt have the drain in it, it was stained with dark dirt marks and someone elses hair was on the shower wall. Even under the sink the floor was dirty, and thats a pretty revieled area to where you can see it plain as day. The AC unit was also a bit dirty, hadnt been wiped down. But the bed was comfy and bedding was clean. I also liked the space and how sinks and mirrors were set up. Seems like they just need new house keeping or someone to check after them. If i wouldnt have only slept there, i would have left.

Old, run-down, dirty hotel with outdated rooms.
Front desk staff was pleasant and check-in was fast. Although, room was not clean and bathroom door couldn't close. Staff agreed to offer us another room with a so-called upgrade. Room was musty and moldy floor was not cleaned. My niece instantly caught a asthma attack upon entry. Immediately went to desk and requested a refund. Staff was apologetic but unbothered as if it was no surprise that the rooms were all janky. I'm awaiting the credit of my refund. I booked a room for my family at the Spark hotel down the block.
