The hotel is in the center of Rome Everything is wal distance if you like to walk. Close to public transportation and the Senate in front. The service was great Francesca and the staff were above and beyond.

Fantastic hotel and staff!!! And truly incredible location! Check in was effortless. The room itself was clean,modern and spacious. The cleaning schedule was like clockwork, and literally everyone was as helpful and kind as could be. We opted for the balcony suite, which is absolutely worth it! In room sauna, spacious jacuzzi, and the balcony view looks right down onto Piazza Navona. It quite literally might be the best view in the entire Piazza. If all that wasn’t enough, the location is FANTASTIC! We were minutes from EVERYTHING!!! In our opinion, this was the best neighborhood in Rome for visitors. Countless adventures literally right outside your door. From historical sites, to food, to shopping etc etc. you’re truly steps away from everything and it made exploring effortless. We would absolutely stay here again, and can’t thank everyone here enough for helping to make our trip to Rome such a wonderful and memorable experience!

Great boutique hotel
It is a boutique hotel. Great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s a bit hard to find the place. It’s behind a big green door. Must push the intercom to be let in and then you have 3 flights of stairs to go up with your suitcases. However, the location is perfect being on Plaza Navona. Would stay again for sure

Navona Stay is a wonderful place to stay in Rome. It is is a perfect location, within walking distance to all of Rome’s most amazing sights and is still quiet and comfortable. The staff is just amazing and helpful. I recommend it highly!

The hotel is only staffed for 8 hours a day which means that if you’re not arriving early afternoon you get instructions on getting access through security doors to the reception. The keys were left for us but not anywhere obvious. A phone call sorted out the problem and we found the keys on a printer behind the reception desk. On the basis that late check in is a fairly frequent occurrence perhaps a recognisable unit placed prominently might work better. Apart from that the rooms are good and the location is perfect

Nice and friendly service, no service 24h, but they can contact to you and give you direction how make check-in and even for entering in room. Room was clean, has complimentary coffee and water bottle, only I missing microwave in room and had noise come from other guest shower rooms. Hotel in good location in town for easy access.

The front staff was amazing. She was so kind and helpful. The area was close to everything but in a quieter area. Awesome pastries and food were about a 5 min walk from the front door. It’s a little tricky to find but you just need the press the buzzer and you’re let in. I would definitely stay again. Rooms are small but we were only there in the evening and to sleep.

Perfect for solo traveler or couple
Great location within walking distance of train station, city center and many restaurants. Comfortable room with limited amenities but perfect for someone who’s on the go and doesn’t plan to spend a lot of time in the room. As a single woman traveling solo, I felt completely safe here. I would hardly call this place a hotel! Rooms are nothing like the photos. Rooms are tiny & old bathrooms even smaller. We didn't sleep all night from all the noise from the restaurants, street cleaners in the piazza. It was so bad we moved to another hotel. The staff refused to refund the remaining nights we had 2 rooms booked, only refunding the first night, that was a much cheaper rate ( after many conversations). The lady at the front desk was helpful, however her manager was extremely rude & unreasonable! Would NOT recommend!! Dont ruin your Rome trip!!

The room was nice, just smaller than I thought. The AC just barely kept up with heat but it was a heat wave while we were there. The shower water pressure is wonderful it’s just a little narrow, and I’m a lean guy. Don’t plan on the elevator, it’s tiny and doesn’t work well but it’s only one flight of stairs, but it’s a long flight of stairs! We didn’t have a view of the piazza even though I thought we would. Everyone who worked there was nice. Loved walking around the piazza and it’s a fabulous walk to the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain!
