We were traveling for hours and were exhausted so we couldn't wait to check in to our room. When I walked in, the place was beautiful! But, immediately, I was "greeted" by an employee at the service desk who acted like I was bothering her by trying to check in. I'm pretty sure I woke her up from a nap. She mumbled every single thing she said so we had no idea what she was saying but were afraid to ask her to repeat herself because she was so mean. Then, we got to our room and it was definitely not what I expected for the amount of money I paid. Dirty blanket, disgusting shower, a sink that didn't drain, etc. I specifically went with this hotel because we had such a great experience at a different Courtyard Marriott so I was spending a little more on a room, but was disappointed in this one. On another note, the staff in the morning was pleasant and the bistro breakfast was great!
