Great staff and excellent location.
Great service from the staff at Altstadt. They had our room ready when we arrived early from Australia and they also loaned us a Swiss plug adapter to use with our Europe one. The rooms are a touch small but the location is very quiet and the number 4 tram will take you straight to the main station.

I had a great stay at the hotel, the lady in charge of my check-in was incredible and helpful. Even though the room was not ready yet, she kept my luggage and then moved it to my room. Breakfast was delicious with all sorts of choices. The location of the hotel is very convenient and most important places were within walking distance. I recommend this hotel.
