Very nice boutique hotel
Very nice boutique hotel. Breakfast included was a little sparse but fresh, delicious, and sufficient. The service was superb and the employees treated us like special guests. Our room was a nice size and the bathroom very clean. The bed was a little lumpy, although my sister thought it was quite comfortable. Overall we were pleased with our choice to stay there!

El problema no es la propiedad. Son ustedes. Mi reserva no estaba hecha. Según me supieron informar, ese hotel no trabaja con Expedia, solo lo hace con Booking, de manera que ellos no tenían registro de mi reserva. No pude hospedarme ahí y debí, por mi cuenta, buscar otro alojamiento. Yo pasé mi tarjeta Visa a ustedes, para realizar la reserva y se me cobró adicionalmente cobró adicionalmente USD.16.75 cómo garantía de la reserva. Exijo la devolución de mi dinero. Yo ya les escribí el día 11 de agosto con esta queja y no he recibido respuesta. Por favor, pónganse en contacto.
