"The hotel is is a fabulous location with a mini bus to the beach with a very helpful driver and excellent service unfortunately you need your own transport to be able to explore the rest of the island due to the location. We was aware of this when booking as has stayed previously but for some this could be a problem. Some items on the description are no longer available/correct and although this wasnt a problem for us i believe the description should be updated as incorrect. Staff very friendly...

Friendly staff and ability to book taxi and tours directly from the hotel. I tried "keri caves tour" and can highly recommend it. I did it in a very small group and we got possibility to sweem in a clear and blue water. I olso saw a couple of turtules on the way to caves.

"We stayed with a baby for a week and we had very good food! Nice beach for families, the hotel has all important services for enjoy the vacation. Staff is kind and takes car of tall customers needs."

"Överlag bra hotell med ganska lugnt läge en kort bit från huvudgatan. Mer av ett familjehotell med mycket barn och därmed konstant ljud. Åk inte hit om du vill ha lugn och ro. Det är ganska lyhört och poolområdet är underdimensionerat. Här jobbar dock fantastisk personal som erbjuder god service och är mycket hjälpsamma!"

This was planned works and we should have been told about it and offered an alternative. "What can i say Elegance will always be a special place for us! We spent our 25th anniversary there. We arrived earlier than planned,so called the hotel,hoping to be allowed to use the pool area. Arriving at the hotel,we received the warmest of welcomes ever & was told not only could we use the pool but our room was ready & been upgraded to a beautiful private suite! The room was outstanding. The cleaner had decorated the room for us with balloons & confetti & had its own private infinity pool!!...

"We had a great time in Argassi. That is definitely not a party place!!!! The hotel is very convenient, close to bars and taverns besides being super cozy and with a great pool. During our 2 week stay, our room was perfectly cleaned daily (with a smile by Redi), was modern and had a nice pool view.
