The staff were attentive, and the concierges were very, very helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms made us feel like royalty with their high ceilings and historic feel."

"Such a lovely renovated old building with lots of interesting features. Loved that they had kept the old hand mechanism in the lift. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect with the bedrooms well separated on either side of the bathroom and the lounge and entry separate. The bed was like sleeping in a cloud, I don't usually like soft beds, but this one was great. Great quality linen and towels. Lots of storage. Only problem was I wasn't there long enough to take full advantage of the
