"Excellent service ! The restaurant bar New York in the lobby. A representative called Berat did help me get gluten free food at their restaurant and that was amazing.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that sauna and pool is a paid service (70 eur for 3h which is crazy expensive). I never had to pay for pool and sauna in any hotel I have stayed (Moscow, St. Pete, Dnipro, Odessa, Riga, Jurmala, Prague and more). After all, this is not a sepcial treatment or a massage...
