"Stayed for one night on business. Lovely chalets and when inside there is no sound. Room was very comfortable. Room was clean with just a couple of minor issues like some areas not dusted. Would highly recommend and use again if im ever in Luton "

Plenty of countryside walks from hotel so could make great use of the bar and garden. Great food too.

"Came back to Hemel to finish final details for selling my late parents house. My Mum had always wanted to visit but never managed it.
Room was a newly renovated one, shame four of the drawers didn’t close in the tv unit. Room was quiet being at the back and needed the fan on as so warm.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Ate in the restaurant the first night and the bar on our second and final night. Both meals were excellent. Breakfast was amazing with a great choice and regularly...

"We had an amazing stay. My friend and i took my daughter to harry potter studios, which was just 15 minutes away. The room was comfortable and clean, maybe just needs redecorating.

"Really lovely room. Comfy beds and pillows. Water is boiling. Lighting could be better at the bed end of the room as with all lights on it’s still dark.
Room was spotless and well decorated. Breakfast was great and plentiful. Parking is free. "

Felt sorry for the 1 person on reception and the poor girl trying her best to keep the breakfast replenished. Parking very poor. Nothing wrong with the hotel just not enough staff"

"The apartments are spotlessly clean. The support team of both cleaners and maintenance men on site and the call centre are fantastic.
The security of the car park and building itself are outstanding. The electrical appliances (fridge, dishwasher, hob, washing machine, dishwasher etc etc) are all brand new and premium/ recognised brands.. SMEG, Hotpoint etc...
But the apartments are just missing a few home comforts. Higher standard of cutlery and knives. Mirror in the lounge or bedroom. ...
