The Place has been tastefully done and some rare historic photographs, both from India and all over the world, adorn the reception area. "Beach was beautiful- World Class! The room was perfect- great size. Food was excellent with good variety for all. Pool was fun and clean. Staff was amazing and helpful. But remember that you are in a resort- best to go out and do some local shopping to get a real feel for the area. Recommend guests to go out on the beach first light to see the fishing boats come in."

"Very nice, very helpful staff. Lovely property—especially the villas with private pools. Good gym, good restaurant. Only downside is that it’s pretty isolated with not a lot to do nearby. But if relaxation is what you want, you’ll get it."

"I`ve booked 2 extra nights, because I liked it so much. The Staff are Superfriendly and the view from my Hotel was just fantastic . When I arrived, I hade some Issue that I couldn't walk great. The Staff offered me a different rom where i didnt hade to walk steps and I got my own little pool. This was so great. Specaly on the morning when you can enjoy your breakfast from your own Terrace. I will defently comback next time. "

"We stayed over two weeks and we liked the place. Their rooms are spacious and clean.Staff is very courteous and polite in their approach especially Miss Devu. She is an asset to the organization. Their complimentary breakfast is excellent with a wide range of dishes. I would highly recommend Hotel Green Room's"

"Cleaner than mist other hotels we stayed at in India. Western toilet and great shower with good water pressure. Room had kettle, TV with BBC News and a hairdryer.
Dinner was very reasonable and good breakfast very limited western choices and after a month of Indian breakfast I appreciate some western choice even in India.
Literally next door to shopping mall and only 70p auto ride to the ferry terminal to fort Cochin or to walk along the waterside walkway which is a nice tree lined...

The property is a bit dated and the location is a little away from major shopping areas. It definitely suits if someone is looking for a calm and serene atmosphere in the middle of Kochi. "
