10/10 Excellent
"This hotel is excellent for a family of five as there are enough beds in one room for everyone. The room decor is really cute and it’s very handy having a small kitchenette. We also loved the outdoor fireplace - this was the highlight of our stay and would keep us coming back! Food is excellent too. Can see why the restaurant is always busy!
If there was one thing that was a negative it is that the room had an old body / hair smell. I understand they are keeping it eco friendly which I love! But an easy fix is to light some Palo Santo sticks. Overall would definitely return! "
"Heritage has professional staff, excellent room service, spacious comfortable rooms, the whole experience was warm and accomodating. I had a perfect time."
"The absolute breath taking, front row seat of the Remarkables. The location was perfect as it was just outside of Queenstown, so nice and quiet, but still so close to everywhere you wanted to be/needed to go. Parking was great with quick and easy access. Very happy with our stay! "
