"Staff very helpful. Bin in bedroom hadn’t been emptied from last guests. Slopping floors ment head was lower than feet so had to move pillows to opposite end of bed without headboard. Cracked window pane. Staff very friendly and the food was excellent. Clean bedding and clean towels"

"Nice clean pub rooms. Small but secure with refurbed bathrooms. Warm and quite comfortable. A pretty standard double bed but still sleep worthy. Staff were very helpful and happy to assist. No lifts as stated but we were able to leave most of our luggage in the car. Dinner is limited as the cook called in sick but there’s a few budget options nearby. Just avoid the kebabs. Great location to visit the Fyrish monument. Value for money this stay. "
