"I've rarely bothered to leave reviews of hotels, but my experience here left me quite furious. I stayed in the hotel in October, so not so hot outside. However it was VERY hot in my room, at one point it was 27c. Clearly the Air Con wasn't functioning so I asked reception. They sent a technician who proceeded to LIE about the situation saying it would take time to cool down. Eventually they admitted that they had turned off the Air Con for the whole hotel to save money and gave me a cooling...

"Location was fantastic with the subway exit H just at doorstep 50 meters away. It has line 2 and 6 and is very convenient. Surrounding area has lots of food and restaurants. It’s between the bell and drum tower and within walking distance. Room was very good except for basin area which was rather dark for makeup. "

"When my boyfriend and I arrived the room and bathroom were not cleaned at all. We complained at the reception and they gave us another room that was a bit better. The breakfast is not worth and the products lacks of quality. It’s not a good restaurant to western people. "I was treated well here, the room was nice clean and the bed very comfortable the breakfast buffet had a great selection and everything was served at the right temperature. If you are going here as a tourist you will not find anything close for sightseeing. It is a very quiet neighborhood if your looking for a peaceful retreat "
