The Horizon lounge was excellent, drinks, food & service all wonderful.
Rooms & bathrooms are showing their age a little but well maintained.
Surprised that the coffee in the room was instant but it was little effort to pop to the lounge for a decent cup."

It pretty quick. Room was big and on the 53rd floor. Good view of the city. Close to metro. Also I didn't have any issues with the elevator as some people complained. "
