"Great room with a view of the water and mountains. Breakfast buffett is amazing and has everything. Hotel is at Interlaken West train station and comes with free train/bus pass for use within town. TV was modern enough I could stream from my phone. Hotel workers were friendly and informative. I got hot water for my noodles. No cooking items or fridge are in rooms. Just coffee machine."
"Excellent to have the library area available for relaxing in and making hot drinks whenever we wanted. Really appreciated this facility. Also great to have bar vouchers instead of daily room cleaning!"
