Parking Arrangement

The only issue was parking. There wasn’t a designated parking spot; you had to park wherever you could find. In case you couldn’t, you handed your key to reception so they could try to find a spot for you.

Clean comfortable rooms, but walls are quite thin. Was wakened by some noise both nights. Good breakfast spread and great location, only a couple mins walk to coast, restaurants and shops. Just not a 4 star hotel in my opinion. Lacks communal areas such as bar and lobby.

Comfortable modern hotel in the centre of Izmir.

This hotel was situated in a quiet street right in the centre of the city. It was new, bright, clean and airy. Check-in was quick and welcoming. English was widely used by the staff. The desk staff made sure that we had a non-smoking room. Safety is obviously a high priority. Security staff were always on hand, and cameras were located on landings and hallways. We were also impressed that there are 2 lifts and 2 emergency staircases. We felt very safe. Breakfast was very varied and delicious with choices for everyone. The room was a little small but was well appointed and had everything necessary for a couple of nights stay. Maybe next time we opt for a slightly bigger room.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The staff was wonderful and ready to help with anything we needed from simple daily things to helping to organize our tours around the area. The room was also a very comfortable size with a nice big comfy bed. The location was also perfect with lots of shopping and restaurants and near the port! I would definitely stay here again!
