Very helpful and kind staff. Tea and coffee available in a lobby and all the amenities needed were in the room. Shops like 7eleven and more very close to the hotel. Some great places with Japanese food too. Hotel is close to metro station with connection to Shinjuku station. Luggage transfer also super easy and available in the hotel.

Small room ,as expected in tokyu, but you have a kettle, microwave and washing machine in your room. Unusually, there isnt daily housekeeping, which wasnr a problem for us. You can ask for clean towels with a sign on your door. Great shower.

Unexpectedly large room for two!

Had an excellent stay at the Tokyu Stay! The room was unexpectedly large and had a washing machine and small kitchenette which came in handy. In a quiet area but easily walkable to nearby stations. Clean towels and tidy up provided daily at no extra charge but room was not cleaned/made up daily as with some other hotels.

First the location was great and saved a bunch of time. A couple of complaints though: 1 could not turn lights out for most of the room without pulling the room key and shutting all the lights off. Also we didn't get any cleaning service (chose the in room cleaning option). The staff were mixed with their English and were young and friendly but not super friendly. Cool toilet seat and nice lobby with free coffee.
