It was such a pleasant stay at the great hotel. Services, foods, everything else were perfect. There was a slight issue and needs some improvement with the A/C in the room that didn't work from the midnight to the morning though. We had a lovely time at Crimson! Everything from the food to the staff to the amenities was top notch! We felt very welcomed and the staff was fabulous. It was a wonderful experience! All the staff were friendly, helpful, and had excellent communication. Jane at the front desk gave us a warm welcome, Ivan was very accommodating in assisting us to our room, and Nels the pool attendant was a pleasure to talk to. Housekeeping’s Ceejay was always quick to assist, while Jerome promptly resolved a hot water issue and later handled our check-out smoothly, even addressing our concerns with the manager.
