Great location right across the street from the train station, and near the bus stop to get to the Sand Dunes. Walkable to the castle ruins too. The room is very small, and the beds not very comfortable, but the amenities are great - free PJs, breakfast, etc. Clean, and efficient. The breakfast wasn't great for vegan options.

This property was very comfortable, the staff and check in process was easy and helpful. I didn’t get to have the breakfast but it sounded good. We had to leave early for a train. The area is super close to the train station and food in the area to walk too. Overall, a great place to stay. And we were able to put YouTube from our phone on the TV. Otherwise, TV in Japan I found to be very limited, like a few stations and in Japanese.

Good breakfast, great location, right next to the station & a mall and a bunch of stores & restaurants, they clean your room everyday unless you don’t want it, the only catch is that you can’t be there from 11-3, but then again you can just put up the sign that says no cleaning and they hang a bag of fresh towels on your doorknob. The microwave was convenient, especially since the mall beside it had a specialty food shop on the base floor that sold a great variety of bentos, the laundry machine and dryer also came in handy. They clean the room pretty well too. Also the shower was one of the best parts, there’s a holdable shower head and one that comes down from the roof, you can make it so that water comes out of one of them or even both, I loved that. There’s also a water dispenser, so you don’t need to buy any water

Spotlessly clean, modern and functional hotel close to the train station. Great free breakfast and coffee machine in the morning. Laundry 300yen a wash. Vending machines with drinks and snacks. Pyjamas. Toiletries. Regular clean towels. Toothbrush/paste. Hot/cold water machine. Microwave. Very helpful staff. Automatic check-in/check-out system. Excellent location for trains and also for local buses to many areas including attractions such as sand dunes/museum.

Hotel and room seem really new. Location is convenient, just across the road from Tottori train station and bus terminal. Some restaurants and combini nearby. Nice features in the room such as rain shower, light with adjustable levels, humidifier and smart tv. Room size is small but clean. No room cleaning services for the 3 nights we stayed, but new towels are provided each day and we need to change those and clear out trash by ourselves. The shower is in the bathtub and the base is actually quite slippery so care had to be taken when coming out from the shower, might be better for them to include some non-slip mat. Breakfast is terribly simple, not recommended. Staff at front counter seems to speak only Japanese, check-in/out are done on the booths with English option.
