Our room was large!

Location is perfect! Lobby needs an update! Our room was large with a very large bathroom. Breakfast (extra charge) was okay at best…other hotels do it much better. Extremely limited onsite free parking (3or 4 spots but nearby parking which is a bit of a walk was 3 euros for the night. Overall, I would stay here again.

Friendly and helpful staff Clean and comfortable room Excellent location near the Chateau, restaurants and shops. Limited parking outside but excellent parking 3 minute walk away costing 3 euros per day and free on Sunday. 15 minute walk from the railway station and 5 minutes by taxi.

The suite that I payed extra for was unacceptable. The smell of damp was so overpowering that we could not stay in it. It was also in the basement next to the cleaning and laundry. Decepcionada , las imagenes de la app no corresponde con la suit que nos dieron , deberian de actualizar las fotos y la descripcion . La suit esta compuesta por baño, sala de estar, y dormitorio. En la sala de estar pusieron una mini cocina compuesta de un armario con cocina y 1 nevera el mueble parece que esta sin terminar propio de un camping pero no de un hotel de 4 estrellas . Puede ser muy util en estancias en el hotel pero desentonaba bastante.parecia un parche. Si tengo que decir algo positivo estaba muy centrico y limpio que es un buen punto .

Hôtel Eliséo est bien à Lourdes. Hôtel 4 étoiles très bien, bon accueil rien à dire de plus. Sauf que nous avions réservé un hôtel 4 étoiles à Pau pour visiter la ville. Hôtel.com nous a contactait le jour même pour nous dire que l’hôtel était complet tout cela en anglais car l’appel venait de Springfield Missouri EU????. Au final plus d’hôtel sur Pau ils nous proposent Lourdes. Nous voilà donc à Lourdes un 15 août jour de l’Assomption fête religieuse la plus importante pour les chrétiens. Rues barrées impossible de rejoindre l’hôtel. Un grand merci à la réception de l’hôtel Eliseo de nous avoir guidé par téléphone pour rejoindre l’hôtel.

Emplacement ideal dans le coeur historique de Pau, hotel rénové avec chambre spacieuse. Un parking public , gratuit la nuit est a deux pas de l"hotel.
