We had a king room on the ground floor, bed was clean and comfortable, enjoyed the bath, nice and clean. Breakfast was literally a muffin, real orange juice box and coffee upon request, which was fine.

great location on bus line. staff very accommodating and friendly. breakfast a bit of a let down no controls for AC so it was either on (ice cold) or off (too warm). or leave window open with AC on, which is what I did. wasteful.

I stayed here just passing through to break up my travel. I stayed here twice, on my way up to my destination and on my way back home. I stayed in a different room each time . Both room's bathrooms were not clean. There were pubic hairs on the sink and the toilets weren't clean. When I stepped into the shower in the second room the tub's floor was very slippery. Maybe it's fine for a place to stop at for sleep only if you can get a discounted price. Otherwise I could not recommend it based on cleanliness.

I booked a room with the king bed and when we went inside, it had two double beds. Then when we went into the bathroom, there were dirty towels hanging up one of the double beds look like it just been slept in but we checked in late around 11 PM and we’re just tired and ready to go to sleep so we just slept and left

Check in lady was nice, room was okay, had trouble sleeping and was slow moving the next day and was literally only a few minutes late checking out. On the check out survey, I was asked what time I wanted to check out and I said 11:30 and at 11:07 i was naked trying to pack up and get ready and the lady calls from the desk and yells “CHECK OUT WAS AT 11!!” without even giving me opportunity to explain. At that point I slammed the phone because I had to desire to talk to the rude lady. I’m just a normal person trying to stay in a peaceful hotel where I’m treated like a human not a criminal.

The hotel is very clean. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning is grab and go muffins and water or orange juice.

Check in was very easy and all of the desk staff was nice. The room however left a little to be desired. The bathroom trash was not empty, there were no clean towels left in the bathroom and the beds were not made. The sheets and blankets were just tossed on the beds folded, so when we arrived at almost 1am we had to make the beds ourselves before we could go to sleep. It was like housekeeping just walked in tossed new bedding on the mattresses and left.

Older hotel that needs updating. Cleanliness was spot cleaning only, definitely needed a deep clean. Shower was clogged and minor odor in the hotel in general. Breakfast was a muffin in a brown paper bag and orange juice. Not the worst hotel I have ever seen but definitely needs improvements.

Bathroom was filthy! Tub not clean so we didn’t use the shower and the floor was not swept in both the room and bathroom. White lamp shade was stained and something splattered on a wall. One of the bed covers was stained with what looked like a blood stain. Just dirty overall! Also note I included a picture of their fitness center, yeah it’s the empty room with mirrors.

The desk clerks were very friendly and the room was very clean, although there was a little water damage behind the toilet. We were disappointed with the take and go breakfast ofa single pre-packaged muffin and one orange juice or water.

Very noisy with a child screaming in the night. Came 13 minutes after the breakfast was to be served. We asked if there was still breakfast and they told us it had just passed. We were fine ti leave, it disappointed Ted we just missed it.p There still were muffins and some other food items sitting out. One of the staff said he was going to give us some and the person who looked to be the manager stopped that person and said, “No, Dave said we’re not supposed to.”. Just bad customer service.

We didnt stay at Super 8, there was a problem, so we cancelled and stayed at the Quality Inn on Pleasant Valley Blvd. We had a nice place to sleep and the people were very friendly.
