無料朝食は二人分だけでした。オーダーしてからサーブされるまでの時間が結構かかりました。量が多過ぎた。あとは、文句無しです！

きれいな部屋、美味しい朝食、よいホテルです。

リゾート感のあるきれいなホテルです。レストランやバーはビーチリゾートの雰囲気があってとてもよい雰囲気です。Grand Haven State Parkまでクルマで行き、付近へ駐車してから、灯台を見にいったり、Holland方面へ自転車で移動したりして、とても楽しい休日を過ごすことができました。

DO NOT LET THE LOCATION LURE YOU!

The property is not kept in good condition. During our 4 day stay, the hallway to our room (both carpet and tile) was never cleaned. Our room was never vacuumed during our stay even though we never put the do not clean sign on our door. The most disappointing part was the condition of the outdoor spaces mainly the pool and patio area. Again, during our stay, the areas were never cleaned. The patio furniture is in terrible condition along with the overall condition of the pool area. The hotel is in an awesome location, facing docks of high end boats. This was its only redeeming quality as far as the physical facility goes. Another bright spot was the staff, especially the servers in the hotel restaurant. They were always friendly.

Nice location. Hotel is older but updated. Lobby area was nice and newer. Rooms are dated and definitely need updating. What bothered me the most was the hallway was very dirty. Looked like the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks.

So so

Trolley service was a nice touch if you need transportation to get downtown. Outdoor pool area was nice! Cute Tiki hut! Large parking lot was a plus! Indoor pool area was very strong with chemical smells. Beds were not super comfortable they are on the harder side. Caulk in the tub is very unappealing to the eye. Vent in the bathroom appeared to not have been cleaned in months!! Vent was packed with dust! Hallways are very moist, hot, and musty.

August 3-6 stay

There are two issues with our stay. 1. We were told by the front desk at check-in that breakfast was included and it’s open until 11. When I went down for breakfast, the manager said yes, it’s included but there was no buffet, just made-to-order via the menu. Odd. The waiter told me later that it’s not included and “the front desk screwed up.” 2. The indoor hot tub is in need of repairs and updates. The nozzles don’t work properly and just bubble up the wall. Useless. There’s a lot of mildew and stains and the floor throughout the indoor area is damaged and unsightly.

Musty and expensive!

The room was musty smelling and was not cleaned very well. There were cobwebs on some of the walls. The bathroom door didn’t latch properly when closed, so when the air conditioner turned on, the door would pop open. It’s a pricey hotel, so be advised that you’re paying for a great location, not a great hotel room.

Advertise is not true

The money the charge is not worthy for the hotel condition at all. Rooms very little, dirty, coffee supplies and cups very limited. They advertise a great balcony and you can't even move there, it's really small a dirty.

It’s a beautiful place and great amenities. We didn’t get any sleep because kids were making noise in the hallways until late and an elevator alarm was going off for a long time in the middle of the night. I feel like I should’ve been given a discount for not getting to sleep in peace and quiet considering how much I paid to stay there.
