I came with a party of 3 adults and 3 young children. I would say it was a good accommodation for families or with friends. Great layout; with separate WCs and shower rooms - so everyone could take turns using them without wasting time. It was fairly easy to get to the accommodation provided you read the instructions on the email beforehand. They have included a number to call if you need any help so they were fairly accessible through phone.
Whilst toiletries, towels, and other necessities were provided including kitchen utensils etc, I wish there was an easier coffee machine to use instead of grounded coffees and a difficult machine to use; so if you are used to Nespresso or instant coffees, please bring your own :)
Other than that, the lift was so tiny that it could only fit 4 adults with no space to spare. Otherwise, everything else would be rated as satisfied. Very accessible to public transport and walkable to many attractions. If I were to come to Vienna again with my family/friends, I would come back again for its location and its accessibility.

I had to put in ratings for comfort, etc in order to leave this review so please note that we never stayed in the apartment. We had reservations for this summer and due to Covid were not able to travel into the country. The apartment kept telling us that they would refund us if the travel ban continued and to check back at 2 weeks prior to arrival. 2 weeks prior we were told to check back one week prior. One week prior we were told again to check back. 72 hours before told to check back. 48 hours same thing. Day of told that it was too late to cancel and that they couldn't even issue a travel voucher for future use because it was too late. SHADY business practices. We had other reservations all over the country that worked with us to come up with a fair solution. Not HeyMi Apartments. I can't help feeling like it was a money grab and that we were taken advantage of.
