Hotel was lovely, friendly staff. Made to feel very welcome. Room was basic but perfectly adequate. The only "issue" was that the bed was hard! I liked the idea of free drinks at the bar if we didnt have the room cleaned! I just forgot to put the card out one night!

Massively disappointing, cleaners didn’t clean the room, only the bed was made. The reception service was poor and very rude at times. We didn’t feel welcome at all.

Everything was perfect apart from we was looking forward to our 'green stay' which offered us a free drink at the bar to be told they no longer provide this although Expedia told us different. Hotel was in a great location and close to most things. Trams and metro are in easy reach. The staff was nice and helpful. A great breakfast with much to choose from. The rooms was great comfortable beds made for good nice sleep. Very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

It’s convenient if you plan to go to the museums but it’s a bit far away from the central canal area. Transport is nearby tho. I would not rate this a 4 star hotel as the room condition and facilities are old and not clean enough. It would meet expectation as 3 star but definitely not a 4 star.

The hotel is very tired. The bathrooms need to be replaced and the king size bed leaves no space so we had to upgrade to get our suitcases in. The shower had a rusty heating rail and the windows face into a courtyard of other windows. We stayed in this hotel 15 years ago and it looks just as bad. We had to book this hotel because our tour we taking, use the hotel. We arrived two days earlier.
