Cleaning staff went above and beyond to track me down and give me an item that I almost left behind. The breakfast attendant was more than attentive to our needs. The receptionists were also wonderful and helpful. Very great experience!

The rooms are the bare minimum that would be acceptable to be considered rentable. Awful smell ( like stale old cigarette smells ). I’ve stayed at a lot of Ramada hotel over the years. This is the worst one I’ve ever been in service is absolute terrible. The rooms are dirty. Carpets are filthy no Maid Service. They need to lose their franchise. It is really a bad hotel..

Room had peeling areas on the ceiling and it was moist/damp feeling to the point of the linens even feeling damp by night 3. No coffee maker in room. If it had not have been that we were only there to sleep and shower we would have requested a different room or gone to another establishment altogether.

I should have read the reviews! The worst thing about my stay was the smell and then i took a clorox wipe to the nightstand and it was literally black with my hand print on the wipe . Thats bad ! All the surfaces were the same.The best thing was the shower which was ablessing after staying here.Sorry Ramada we wont be staying again.
