Feels-like-home

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I would like to extend my appreciation to the lady at the front desk, Ms. Soyoung Park, for providing an exceptional check-in experience that made me feel right at home. Her professionalism and warm hospitality were truly remarkable. I look forward to returning and hope to see Ms. Park again during my next visit.

Many Things Changed since 5 years ago

We had 2 rooms. 1 room had 2 dressing gowns other room none. 1 room had a remote control cover other didnt. 1 room had a dirty bed with hairs and previous occupants half drank pocari sweat. Other room had sheets with marks. Parking cost 5000 krw per car for 1 night. Other local hotel with similar or better standard does not charge for parking. Tired place now after 5 years. Choose other hotel. Check in and check out was not a smooth process. Note I dont normally leave reviews. I think this is my 2nd review ever.

First, staff was friendly and helpful. Spoke English well. Rooms were fine. Smaller than expected compared to the hotel next door. Lobby furniture looks as though it was pick up from the sidewalk that someone threw out. The sofa was ripped up and just needed to be thrown out. There was also a smell in the lobby that was really bad. Like sewer backed up. It’s a very family oriented guests. At breakfast, it was filled with families with small children. Definitely not the business hotel as advertised.
