Lovely stay

Lovely period property more like a country house small hotel , very clean and lovely rooms, breakfast for kings with homemade bread and plenty of toast ! The hosts are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble I enjoyed 2 nights and had to get up early on the 2nd so was kindly left a breakfast bag again for a king . I would highly recommend The pines and would return if in the area again . Thank you for good old fashioned values and service , best wishes for the season

Lovely well equipped & homely B&B

We had a lovely two night stay at the pines. We appreciated the warm welcome & shown our room. It’s was lovely and well equipped. Also liked the option to order our breakfasts for each morning. Avoided waste. We were in room 3. Comfy king size bed with a Coffee machine & biscuits which were replenished each day. Breakfast were made to order, hot & delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the pines. Highly recommend it & hope to stay there again when we visit our friends in the area.

We stayed just one night, but wish we had time to stay longer. Check in was a breeze and the staff were lovely! They were super friendly and welcoming. We received a great recommendation for a dinner place from them. We also enjoyed the decor and the feel of the hotel. It is definitely unique and beautiful. Also, breakfast was FANTASTIC! We would love to stay here again.
