Hotel is basic, small room , big bed. Shower is big and tidy. - close to hamamatsucho station, 30 min Ueno or 30 min Shibuya - Shop is next to hotel. - 3 ramen place nearby, first opposite the hotel other 2 is 20 min walk. The hotel location is perfect for those peoples who wanna discover Tokyo.

This is a no frills hotel with everything that you would need for a hotel stay. The rooms are small and may get crowded with anymore than 2 people in the room. The best thing about the Hotel is the location (20 min train ride from airport, and a very central Tokyo location) and it was cheap. My only gripe is the beds are not comfortable at all.

While the room was a little small, there was plenty of room for two adults after storing our luggage underneath the bed. There is a convenience store on the ground floor and a station just a minute or two from the from there. Check in/ out went smoothly and all the staff we encountered were kind and helpful.

The people that work there are nice and they kept things clean in the hotel. But the beds were hard as a marble slab and the room was the smallest we've seen out of seven hotels and that's saying something. The shower was also the worst we've had. The location at first seemed convenient because of the monorail next to it, but then you find out it basically doesn't go anywhere so you have to transfer to other trains anyways and it costs more. Over all it was an ok hotel but I wouldn't recommend to my friends or family.

While the room and bed is big and pretty soft, the cleaning service is terrible. house cleaning did my room twice and everytime I found tons of disgusting stains all over the covers, blankets and even the towels. And the rooms are insanely dusty even when you open the windows. Not a fan of this hotel for the cleanliness alone.

This hotel is in an extremely convenient location for the Haneda Monorail making travel back to the airport really easy. However the facility itself is just OK. Checking in was a hassle as I had booked two rooms under my name and when I got there was advised they couldnt allow me to do that and one reservation had to be changed. The rooms were all extremely tiny, like smaller than the average hotel so if you have a lot of luggage this hotel isnt for you. The sheets on our bed were very yellowed and had splotchy stains. Also, dont expect any amenities other than a toothbrush and pajamas that are available in the lobby.

Very cool property! Loved the comics art around the hotel and each floor and each room has different comics art. Enjoyed the location and was super easy to get to Daiba (Odaiba). The view of the bay is stunning. I stayed in room 1205 and the view was so beautiful! The lounge area is nice and they have a nice patio to chill outdoors. Not so big on amenities because this is an eco friendly facility. They have a Family Mart on the 1st floor which is super convenient. There is a Tullys coffee 3 mins away. The smell of the ocean and sound of the bay was worth the stay. The room was considerably clean as in bed and bathroom. The walls and carpets were filthy and had a lot of stains on them. Walls had scruff marks and the room didn’t have a mini fridge. Luggage storage was limited during my visit. A lot of people checking in and some left luggage to explore the area. Worth staying for one night just for the experience! Staff were wonderful!

The room was SPOTLESS! Staff was super helpful and one of the staff members also has a free tour that is available on Saturdays. The fact that the hotel takes you out into the area to explore and teach is a really awesome touch that I really enjoyed and was grateful for, considering it was my first time in Japan.

Small rooms. Good location close to Hamamatsucho Station. Daimon Station to Narita Airport nearby. Monorail to Haneda airport nearby. Lots of restaurants around. Familymart on the ground floor is excellent for drinks and snacks (egg sandwich is excellent).
