We saw some must-see sights including the Recoleta Cemetery and Piazzola Tango. Had a fantastic dinner at Cabernet restaurant. We did not even know when we came about the Tierra Santa park, but after visiting would recommend this highly.

Plenty of things to do and places to explore in BA. Lots of small parks. For public transport I would recommend the app Moovit to help with finding the routes. It is possible to walk around very large areas of BA but the city is massive.

Don't miss the cemetery ... it's really beautiful and interesting. Teatro Colon was worth the tour as well, book thru their website versus a tour company - it's half the price and you are using the Teatro Colon's tour guide anyway.

This is a special place - a combo of Spanish and Italian heritage and language with Parisian style architecture. And the extent to which tango is woven into the spirit of the city is very unique.
