"Très bien situé au cœur de Genova, à proximité de train et d’autres attractions. Très propre et personnel très compétent et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel et le personnel très courtois et aimable. "
"Great welcome, great location, charming building, very good breakfast, characterful and attractive room. We were a family of four and the sofabed was totally fine but not the absolute best; but everything else was excellent"
"First, check in was hassle free. The front desk staffs were welcoming and friendly. Elisabetha, Natanial, ( I may misspelled their name) Monia, they were very helpful and prompt action to my request. I appreciate this high level of service attributes.
Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Good bed and choices of pillows to select is great.
Parking is with a fee and well secured at their garage. Worth the 35 euro per day fee.
Breakfast spread is sumptuous.
Location is ideal, the view is simply beautiful. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will highly recommend this hotel. "
