Lovely spot just outside of main road in Manitou. The view is phenomenal, property has any amenity you could ask for (even jetted tub!) and very peaceful. I would recommend!

Fantastic home, beautifully decorated, perfect location. The home had a beautiful deck with a view of the mountains, walk to downtown shopping and restaurants. Comfortable bed and lots of hot water. The owners were lovely and welcoming - can't wait to go back!

Tim and Kris are great hosts, meeting you when you arrive to show you where to find everything. And they supply everything from paper supplies to coffee, tea, spices and condiments. We arrived tired and weary after a long long day to find a note that read "Happy Anniversary" and a bottle of wine with chocolates! Condo is beautifully decorated and maintains the era of the house with french doors and crown molding. We walked everywhere we needed in Manitou Springs and Garden of the Gods, 7 Falls, Cave of the Winds, and the Cliff dwellings were minutes away. We highly recommend staying at the Carriage House!

The property is top notch. Very nicely decorated, plenty of staples provided, and a bonus bottle of wine was a finishing touch, The house was spotless when we arrived. The hosts were both terrific people, Extremely kind, helpful and responsive. From the initial contact we had months before our stay, they were very helpful, and worked with us to accommodate our requests. The master bed was super comfortable, and the furniture (including hide-away bed, were so comfortable.and classy.

We stayed at the Carriage house for a few nights and it was perfect! The apartment looked just like the photos, very clean, all the supplies needed were at the apartment, great location in Manitou Springs. Enjoyed being able to walk to everything. The bed is the most comfortable bed we’ve had in rentals. I definitely recommend staying here!

One of the best VRBO we have found. Perfect location in heart of beautiful Manitou Springs and surrounding Colorado Springs area. Beautiful and comfortable apartment well decorated with balcony overlooking park with creek running through it. Second time we have stayed here and is our choice from now on when coming to Colorado. Washer/dryer, comfortable bed, dishwasher, private parking. Walking distance to restaurants and gift shops, within blocks of Pikes Peak.

Our time spent here was wonderful The cozy apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed. This was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the holidays.
