Very cool, nearly100 year old mansion. Lots of detail and and character. Very quiet and cozy.

Me and My Husband stayed here November 16th thru the 18th 2020 for a little anniversary get away. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The shops , restaurants , pubs and beautiful historical sites were all with in walking distance. There so much to take in. Graystone, is a very charming place with lots character. The breakfast was very delicious and served beautifully. Our only complaint is that we would have liked to have more than one pillow each( should have brought our own) and the internet was very weak on the 2nd floor, once we were down on the first floor for breakfast, the internet was good. Aside from those two things, we would definitely recommend staying here. We will be returning for another stay for sure.

This historic Inn is located in walking distance to DTE Wilmington/waterfront! If you are looking for old with historical charm this is your place. This is not the Westin, folks. There were cosmetic issues in the room and bathroom. The bathroom had a claw foot tub which sounds cool but between that and the water pressure, a shower was less than enjoyable. The room was pretty comfortable but there is no fridge and they frown on food in the rooms. Breakfast is served daily and I urge caution. There isn’t a menu and you’re not asked about dietary restrictions or preferences. I love food but I had a hard time with their breakfast creations. Not to worry, Wilmington has some great places to eat. Overall I would prefer not to stay here again. It’s not really type of place but the experience was ok.

The property was perfect for walking down to the Riverwalk and all the restaurants. If you're staying in Downtown Wilmington this place was perfect.

We booked at last minute for the part portion of our honeymoon. They upgraded our room, and everything was amazing! The home is breath takingly beautiful! So much detail!

What a lovely old masion. Friendly and helpful host. Above average plated breakfast. Walkable to historic homes, food and drink, the rail museum for which the owner is linked, and a short drive or boat trip to the North Carolina battleship. Parked the car for 2 days and didn't need it...easy to make your stay from this B&B as a hub.

Beautiful interior with great location. Within walking distance to all restaurants and river walk. The exterior and landscaping of the house was not maintained.
