I was positively surprised. For the money we paid it was better than I expected . They even supplied the room with lavazza coffee.
We were impressed with upgrades. The room was great except the bed was soft. The stairs were a bit worn. How does one request a ground level? Easy check in and check out.

It looks better on the inside than the outside, that’s the extent of my complement. It’s expensive, noisy, old. The bathroom looks remodeled but had to clear the drain from filth to get it to drain (gross, shouldn’t have to).
The faucets are intentionally reversed so if you don’t know plumbing you might not be able to get hot water.
I liked the no contact check in. Very easy. Very roomy suite.

The good: Overall cleanliness of the room was very good. The room was quiet in that we couldn’t hear the neighboring rooms. Room was comfortable and temperature was easy to adjust. Check in/check out was very easy. Location was easy to find as well. There is definitely some construction work going at the location. The walkway was exposed OSB for instance.
The bad: There was only one primary dead bolt lock on the room door. No secondary lock. The beds were squeaky, almost like the mattresses had plastic on them. The street noise was loud, the windows let a lot of noise through. Seemed to be old windows. One of the sinks was plugged and not draining well. Only decaf

I couldn’t open the door.I tried to contact the manager but I never had an unswer until next day.
When I made the reservation they had beautiful pictures of the suite.For the money I paid I expected a very decent place.The parking lot was full of snow as the same of the stairs,they never cleaned that snow.The building is in apparently remodeling and they have construction barriers. I chose Expedia to reserve the room thinking that I had the warranty from your company that this installation complied with the expectation of your customers.
