ハード ロック ホテル & カジノ アトランティック シティ

It was my birthday/first time in AC and everything went awesome. They switched me to a smoking room with no problem which i appreciate. The room was amazing, so spacious, pretty good view. Room was clean, bed was big and clean. Bathroom was amazing. We didn't have to leave the hotel if we didn't want to, food was awesome as well and we had a blast gambling. My man and i will def be back there again soon!

The hotel itself was clean and had great atmosphere and service. Room originally checked into was next to a loud neighbor so decided to ask for a different room. First room was clean and smelled like it just got cleaned. New room they gave use was quiet but had a smoky smell was clean but had a food item left inside the fridge. The bathroom tub water went down the drain slowly while taking a shower. Ate at the Sugar Factory and Hard Rock Cafe in which the food was delicious. Sugar house is expensive but worth the experience.

Great stay

The room was beautiful but in light of the pandemic I was very surprised to have a chick-fil-a bag with food left in the refrigerator. Then when I turned the bed down there was a tight black curly hair In plain view on the top sheet. I was very disappointed seeing that. It made me question the cleanliness or whether the sheets were even washed.

It was excellent

Was pleasantly surprised with how well the social distancing is! Room was ok.. nothing thrilling. Got ZERO sleep due to guests next door - lots of yelling, singing, banging on windows, loud music.... never stopped until 5am!

Love the hotel. Will be back

Do not stay here EVER! It was filthy! First of all, the parking garage was across the street. After my husband and I parked, the parking attendant told us we couldn’t walk into the tunnel to the hotel, but we had to walk back the way we had driven in and had to walk down the street with our luggage to the hotel. We paid $16 for parking. REALLY? I assumed they closed off the tunnel because there a multiple homeless people out front. Our room was disgusting. The lady checking us in had an attitude, like we were bothering her. The shower had hair in it. The shower and tub water we’re running at the same time. The sheets had food and blood on them. Fingerprints on the desk. No trash can liners in the trash. The room looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The safe didn’t work. Strange characters standing in front of the hotel. I tried express checkout and it didn’t work. I was so mad I paid my money to stay here. I’m glad we were only actually in the room from 3:30am until 9a. I have never stayed anywhere like this before. They will NEVER get another dime from me. We are in a pandemic. At least make sure the rooms are clean!

Didn’t like the fact that someone was suppose to text me when my room was ready but no one ever did and I had to remake the line to check in. We arrived early and the lady at check in said we will text you before 4 to let you know the room is ready and it was 5pm the text never happened

my dress got stuck in the elevator and no one helped me but pedestrians the security just stood around and the stop button did not work
