Villas at Island Club - Secure, Quiet, Nice

The complex was nice--it had dual gated entrances, a small bbq area by the small pool we attended and a security guard. Pool closed at dusk, not 10. The condo was nice, although as it has a bay window facing the west that has no window coverings, it makes the living space and kitchen very hot in the afternoon/evenings - working the a/c overtime; the TV was no more than 35" in the main living area, the beds were hard and uncomfortable, the toilets need to be reset, as they weeble wobble as you sit down and handle your business; most electrical outlets are loose and don't hold a plug; and we had to kill some wasps nests after one of our party got stung. The kids happily found board games, but they were all missing pieces :(. Our neighbors were friendly and pest control came by the next day to follow-up with wasp nests. Plenty of towels; brand new, stainless steel kitchen appliances - microwave, dishwasher, oven/stove, there was also a coffee maker, although we didn't attempt to use it; full fridge/freezer with ice maker - all worked great. Nice decor and clean throughout. Nice attached patio area out back to relax, although not shaded. Washer/dryer worked fine. Not much storage space in kitchen for groceries/snacks, as cabinets and pantry are pretty full with dishes and home niceties. Quiet hours are 10 pm - 7 am, so be mindful of such. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and made it work!
