- [ ] For the duration of our stay the lid of the toilet cistern was completely removed due to the malfunction of the toilet flush. Rather than a change of room, we were made to suffer this unhygienic approach

- [ ] The host completely ignored our messages on Expedia so we had no way of contacting the host to fix the issues
