Every thing was perfect

Whilst the hotel is relatively new and a nice looking building it has not been maintained well and is already looking tired Service was bad, from check in until departure. Whilst there were a few individuals who were trying hard it was obvious that they haven’t been properly trained. Food options were limited and the quality was terrible - breakfast items left uncovered every day with flies on them etc

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I found my self in need of a hotel half way through my trip and opted for this one. As a solo traveler, I felt incredibly safe and the hotel was lovely and peaceful. There is access to the sea at the bottom and the hotel and that’s pretty much where I ended up most days on the sun beds. Staff were lovely, especially Sara, she goes Above and beyond her duties. She was kind enough to take time out of her schedule and go out on a tour with me. I Certainly miss the view don’t the hotel!. The only minor downfall is that some of the native staff didn’t speak much English but there was plenty others around that could. A big thank you to Sara and Ali for helping me make the most of a bad situation. Also it’s refreshing to see that the senior members like Nigel are so understanding and action issues even if they’re minor, quickly and accordingly. I had an issue with a manicure at the spa and Nigel insured it was re-done correctly. The food at the hotel is nice and fresh but might be a little pricey for some but for me the view and the hospitably made it worth it!

This hotel totally exceeded expectations! The service was incredible, the manager Sarah allowed us to check out late and graciously took care of our every wish! Loved our time here; excited to stay again the next time we are in Zanzibar!

Amazing

Were to even begin... our experience was outstanding! Our group received the highest level of hospitality we have ever had from a resort. The entire staff went well beyond their call of duty to make us feel comfortable and have an amazing time. Thank you for an amazing time! We will be back very soon!

Loved the views, the pool and the billiards table!
