清潔感があり過ごしやすく立地も良かった。 wifi がたちゃ繋がらなくなったが、スタッフに相談した所、共用エリア用のPASSを教えてくれ、親切で丁寧な対応であった。

近くにはスーパーがあり、部屋にはキッチンが付いていて、お皿やナイフフォークもあったので、便利でした。

This property exceeded my expectations. It is apartment style and i felt like a citizen. Super cute, i loved the balconies and it is super walkable. I just hate that i wasn't able to complete my stay bc of the emergency U.S. travel ban that forced me to go to the airport in the wee hours of the morning.

The room was decorated nicely and the hotel is conveniently located close to the main attractions and restaurants.

It was lovely, and the staff were very professional, friendly and helpful too. The location was ideal, nice and quiet even though just around the corner from everything to see and do.

The location is amazing. The street noise can bother a little bit sometimes during the night, but it depends on your sensitivity.

Excellent location with reasonable cost. Pretty close from Plaza Mayor just 1 block and other main landmarks.

The shower was incredible. Worth the price and the trip right there. It was THAT good. And the room was clean, mattress firm and comfy, fridge, coffee maker...all terrific. Location was right in the heart of Madrid. Wandered around the 500 year-old Plaza Mayor at all hours.
